Group Cruises

Group cruises is a hot trend in cruise industry. Sometimes a group starts as just two couples that decided to cruise together. So, think about a few more couples – and your group is done!

Most of the major lines, including Princess, Carnival, Holland America, Celebrity, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, and Disney, generally define a "cruise group" as 16 people occupying eight cabins (third and fourth passengers in a cabin don't count toward the total). Sometimes, cruise lines allow 10 guests to sail in 5 cabins to be eligible for the group discounts.

Types of groups

  • Family reunions
  • Club and association groups
  • School/college reunions
  • Senior groups
  • Weddings
  • Surprise birthdays
  • Group of friends
  • Quinceanera

 Benefits

  1.  Special group discounts – best cruise deal possible
  2. Earn GAP points that you can you for different amenities as category upgrade, on-board credits, private open bar cocktail parties, campaign or wine, casino vouchers, etc.
Multigenerational Vacation

It's one of the fastest growing trends in travel today - the multigenerational getaway. So, how do you make vacation to please everyone? Try to hold a family meeting and let everyone have a say. Once you have decided where to go, for example, Bahamas, Caribbean, or Europe, consider the means.

Cruising offers something for everybody, especially larger ships such as Oasis or Freedom class. They have a variety of amenities that everybody will be pleased with. This is the best choice for money and peace of mind. Enjoy!

Making Payments

Please be advised that your group members must make an  initial deposit, second deposit, and final payment dates required to book their cabin.  Typically, a first deposit of just $25 per person is due for within 30 days of reserving the group space for double occupancy cabins, with a second deposit of $225 or $250 due approximately 5 months prior to sailing.  Note that the full deposit of $250 per person is typically due as a first deposit for triple, or quad. Encourage your group members to send in their deposits as soon as they have decided to cruise with the group.  The final payment will be due approximately 60-70 days prior to sailing.
