Amenities
While amenities for suites on ships vary vastly from one cruise line to another, there are always special touches that each ship offers their valued Suite guests.
Most have exclusive areas throughout the ship for Suite guests to enjoy far from the crowds of the rest of the ship.
These areas range from lounges, to private pool decks and restaurants. Other amenities cruise lines may offer are complimentary bar refills in your Suite, top brand toiletries and bath robes.
For the children, there are multiple family games and movies to choose from.
Services
For Suite guests, service is a top priority. Each cruise line aims to please with a range of services for suites on cruise ships.
Concierge is the most common service offered, with a staff of dedicated professionals to cater to your every request.
Many suites on cruise ships also offer priority access throughout their venues, such as theaters or dining.
While most guests on a cruise ship are limited to an abbreviated menu for room service, Suites normally are open to a full in-room menu from anywhere in the ship.
Some offer services beyond the ship as well with transfers and luggage valet to your airport.
On some cruise lines, English trained Butlers are at your service with your Suite.
Most ships also offer complimentary pressing services for formal nights or even throughout your voyage.
More Space
Suite accommodations are the center point of the guest’s on board experience.
Suites also are vastly different from ship to ship, and are designed for particular guests.
Most Suites offer larger spaces, with some ranging up to 14 to a Suite.
Larger Suites also allow for bigger and more bathrooms. Most offer tubs and double sinks with luxurious touches such as marble tiling or intricate décor.
With larger Suites, there is normally more living area space, which is ideal for families to spend time together in the privacy of their own Suite. Cruise lines also aim to offer their Suite guests the biggest balconies with room for sun loungers, full dinner tables, bar space and hot tubs. Suite balconies can reach upwards of 900 square feet!
